Leadership

The Travis County Medical Society leadership is composed of the Executive Board, Board of Ethics, TCMS Delegation to the TMA, and committees.

The Executive Board is composed of the president, president-elect, secretary-treasurer, immediate past president, six members-at-large, Board of Ethics chair, and Delegation representative.

The Board of Ethics consists of seven members elected by the Society to serve three-year terms.

The Delegation represents the Society's needs and desires of the medical profession in the TMA House of Delegates.

Committee members are appointed by the president. Standing committees include Medical Legislation, Public Relations, Physician Health and Rehabilitation, Constitution and Bylaws. Annual committee members are appointed for terms of one year and may be reappointed to additional terms at the discretion of the president.
