Physician ID Badges

Physicians can obtain a multi-facility, identification badge through the Travis County Medical Society by emailing badges@tcms.com.

Include the following information in your email:

   1. Name on license and designation (MD, DO)
   2. Texas Medical License
   3. Name of practice/group you are affiliated with
   4. Recent Photo - email photo in advance to badges@tcms.com.
                  Download photo specifications and requirements here.
   5. Specialty you wish to appear on badge.

Badge Pricing: 
 
   $30 for a new badge (limit 2 per physician)
   $25 for residents and students

   $30 for TCMS member replacement badge
   $60 for TCMS non-member replacement badge

A payment link will be emailed directly to you. Once payment is received, you will be sent a confirmation email with instructions for badge pickup.

Once the badge is picked up, an activation notice will be sent to the hospital credentialing and security offices.  Please allow up to 48 hours for badge activation.

If badge is lost or stolen, contact TCMS at badges@tcms.com to have the badge deactivated and to purchase a replacement badge.

Note: Your ID badge should be worn at all times. Do not leave in a hot car or in direct sunlight for an extended amount of time.
